How Can severe Hand Pain After An Injury Be Treated?

I smashed my hand between a wire rack and an electric shopping cart. I had xraysome and my doctor said it is just badly bruised. My problem is even though I m icing it and taking the pain meds, I still can t move it, it pops and snaps and hurts terribly. Could it have been b too swollen to see a fracture?

Swelling or no swelling, the XRay would have caught the fracture.

You just have to give it some time to heal itself. Till then application of ice water will relieve the pain as will the application of warmth at night.

For further immediate relief, try Voltarin gel or Volini spray. There's an excellent Indian herbal medication by the name 'MOOV' that can be used topically.

I Hope it helps.
